· Expanded Form: They learn to write numbers in their expanded form (e.g., 345 = 300 + 40 + 5) and also to form numbers from their expanded form.

2. Comparison of Numbers

Children are taught to identify the smaller or larger number from two or more given numbers. The symbols '>', '<', and '=' are used for this purpose.
